Making prescriptions more accessible—and more affordable
COST SAVING PILLARS
Real savings from day one
The medications our Members need at costs they can afford.
$5 for most common generic prescriptions
Tier 1 preferred generics cost $0 or a flat $5 copay for a 30-day supply on all non-HSA plans. Because that makes up 90% of member prescriptions, your team sees immediate savings.
Automatic price protection with Price Assure
When using an in-network pharmacy that accepts GoodRx, our Price Assure program automatically checks and applies the lower of our generic price or the GoodRx price.
More savings found through ScriptSaver
Our Pharmacy team works directly with Members, providers, and pharmacies to find manufacturer coupons and other cost-saving opportunities, lowering out-of-pocket costs even further.
The support your team needs, where it’s needed
The extra mile is our everyday
For many Members, the Pharmacy Team is the difference between getting and affording medication and going without, all while working to contain rising prescription costs.
Expanding the Infusion Site of Care program
Increasing Member incentive payments and adding medications to lower specialty drug costs. Explore the program.
Shifting to biosimilars to maximize savings
Moving Members to lower-cost, high-quality options. Biosimilars are interchangeable with their brand-name equivalent, helping keep premiums manageable
Providing day-to-day support
Finding out-of-stock medications, redirecting time-sensitive prescriptions, and clearing barriers for easier access.
our people healthy and your team supported
It was after hours on the last night of Open Enrollment for 2026, when a small business account rep called the pharmacy team. A Member with diabetes couldn't afford both his premiums and the Dexcom monitor he needed for his insulin pump — so he planned to cancel coverage. The team found him a plan with a Chronic Illness Support Program that offered a compatible monitor at no out-of-pocket cost. The pharmacist called, explained the program, and he enrolled just before the deadline.
